Refund Policy

At Sharemarket Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality financial education. We understand that sometimes a course might not meet your expectations, and we offer a transparent refund policy to ensure a risk-free learning experience.

1. 24-Hour Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with the course, you can apply for a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase. No questions asked!

2. Eligibility Criteria for Refund

To prevent misuse of our digital content, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
  • Watch-time Limit: The refund is only applicable if you have consumed less than 10% of the total course content.
  • Study Materials: If any downloadable resources (PDFs, eBooks, Strategy Sheets) have been accessed or downloaded, the course will no longer be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed in the following scenarios:
  • Requests made after the 24-hour window from the time of purchase.
  • If more than 10% of the course videos have been watched.
  • For Live Workshops or Webinars once the session has started.

4. How to Request a Refund?

To initiate a refund, please send an email to sharemarketacademy1008@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Order ID / Receipt of Purchase
  • Reason for Refund (Optional, but helps us improve)

5. Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Note: A small transaction fee (2-3%) charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • The amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s policy.
