1. Acceptance

By using Sharemarket Academy, users, instructors, and agents agree to these terms.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to enroll.
• Accounts are strictly for individual use only.

3. Payment Gateway Use

• All transactions are processed via our secure Payment Gateway (PG).
• Users agree to pay the listed course fees along with applicable taxes.

4. Instructor Marketplace

1. Independent instructors may host courses on a revenue-sharing basis:
   • 70% to Instructor
   • 30% to Platform
2. Payouts are processed:
   • On the 15th of every month
   • On the 30th of every month
3. Payment Gateway charges (2%–3%) will be deducted before payouts.
4. Instructors retain intellectual property (IP) rights but grant Sharemarket Academy a license to market the content.

5. Partner / Agent Program

1. Partners earn a 30% commission on successful referrals.
2. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
3. If a student requests a refund:
   • The commission will be cancelled.
4. Payout schedule:
   • Between 1st and 5th of every month

6. Limitation of Liability

• Sharemarket Academy provides educational content only.
• We are not SEBI-registered advisors.
• We do not provide stock tips.
• We do not guarantee any market profits.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to jurisdiction in [Your City].
